If the Client must cancel or reschedule, I’ll make every reasonable effort to move the session to another mutually agreed-upon date. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the session will be considered canceled, and unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for payments already made. In the rare case that I must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a new session date or a full refund of all payments made. My goal is always to be fair and flexible while ensuring each client has a smooth, stress-free experience.
